The Nuna Rava is easy to install thanks to Nuna's tension panel, found on the base. This mechanism tightens the seatbelt to help you get a tight installation effortlessly! If installing with the vehicle seatbelt, you’ll still need to lock the seatbelt as your final installation step — the tension panel doesn’t actually lock the belt for you. But this cool feature does make it super easy to get a rock-solid, tight installation every time!

This seat is 19″ wide. Most vehicles cannot accommodate a car seat this size in a three-across configuration.

While the Nuna Rava is a great seat, it’s important to exercise caution if you intend to skip using an infant car seat. We recommend waiting until your child can sit unassisted before transitioning to this seat. The Rava, even in its most reclined position, may be too upright in some vehicles for a newborn.
